We post daily via Australia Post. Orders need to be received by 3pm to guarantee that they will be processed and in the post the same day. If for any reason this is not the case you will be notified.

How much is my shipping?
We ship using Australia Post satchels. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information based on the total weight of your order. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How do I track my order?
All of our orders are sent via Australia Post. Once your item is Shipped we will send you an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can then use this number to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.

Check the AusPost website using the tracking number we sent. If you cannot locate the email or have deleted then either phone or email us and we will be only to happy to check for you.
How do I return my product?
We understand that things don't always look or fit as expected when internet purchasing. Simply return the goods to us within 14 days, in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund of the product purchased. We do not refund postage if charged.
